Accommodation and Tariff
With its warm friendly atmosphere, the farm offers spacious comfortable guest rooms with either king size or twin beds and all have stunning views over the Pennines and Cold fell. The traditionally furnished bedrooms are warm and quiet with radio alarm clocks and tea and coffee making facilities, a family room and en-suite are available.
A Cumbrian farmhouse breakfast is provided using local produce, farm fresh free range eggs and home baked bread and preserves. Packed lunches are available on request. Please order in advance.
A selection of magazines, books, games and local information are available in the cosy TV lounge/dining room. Please note we are a non-smoking establishment. The large garden has a patio seating area for guests to sit and enjoy the fresh air, peace and quiet and panoramic views of the countryside. There is also ample safe parking beside the house.
Tariff

All rooms are from £40 to £60 per person per night based on two people sharing, including full farmhouse breakfast with homemade bread and preserves.
